Maryann Galivan

Maryann is an experienced consultant with over 25 years of experience with a focus on Life Sciences. Maryann has split her time working in both Europe and North America helping clients with business strategy and organizational transformation. Her consulting assignments have provided her with opportunities to work across businesses in Research and Development, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing as well as in Support Services.

Maryann has held a variety of leadership roles with Gemini Consulting, Capgemini, The Monitor Group and Archstone Consulting. Prior to beginning her consulting career, Maryann spent eight years in public accounting with Arthur Andersen & Co. where she earned her CPA. She has been a member of Tunnell’s Board since 2014.

Senior Vice President, Tunnell Government Services, Inc.

Jerry D Robinson

Tunnell’s Senior Vice President for Government Services, Jerry Robinson, has more than 30 years of experience in government contracting, including experience with scientific services, technologies, software and solutions ranging from innovative C4ISR and advanced sustainment systems to counterterrorism, intelligence and integrated security solutions for clients in the defense, intelligence and homeland security communities. To his work with Tunnell’s government clients he also brings a strong background in finance and accounting that is invaluable for agencies that must do more with less in an age of tightening budgets.

Formerly Chairman and CEO of SFA, Inc., a subsidiary of then Global Technology Strategies, Inc., a national security company, he has a deep understanding of the needs of government agencies and an extensive track record of working with them successfully. His prior experience also includes serving as Chief Financial Officer of SFA, Inc. In addition, he has held key finance positions at Vega Precision Laboratories, a defense electronics manufacturing company; Halifax Engineering, a government contracting IT and security service company; and Fairchild Industries.

Group Vice President, Turesol Business Unit Leader

Philippe Cini Ph.D.

With extensive expertise in developing business consulting teams and capabilities that provide world-class support to large-scale organizations, Philippe leads Tunnell’s Operational and Process Improvement Practice. He brings more than 20 years of experience across a wide range of areas that are critical for pharmaceutical and life sciences companies, including: R&D, operations management, Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma and change management. He is also an expert in Quality by Design (QbD). Prior to joining Tunnell, Philippe was a Principal in the Life Sciences Practice at Capgemini Consulting with a particular focus on supply chain management. He was also a Partner in the Life Sciences Practice of IBM where he was responsible for supply chain solutions.

Group Vice President, Business Development Leader, Life Sciences

Jerry J Guillorn

Jerry Guillorn brings to Tunnell strong leadership skills, extensive business development experience and a 25 year proven track record with international pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations. His background includes directing business development professionals as well as developing and implementing market/customer specific marketing and sales programs. Additionally, he has experience developing and executing enterprise-wide and regional strategic business plans and is skilled in contract negotiation.

Prior to joining Tunnell Jerry was Executive Vice President, Global Account Management, Life Sciences at M+W Group, headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany, where he hired, developed and managed a global account management team. He leveraged strong personal relationships to increase the market share with the Global life science marketplace. Previously he served as Vice President, Sector Development at Structure Tone Inc., where he concentrated on the life sciences and healthcare market sections and at Skanska USA Building Inc., as Senior Vice President, Science & Technology / Life Sciences. Jerry is an active member of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE), where he has contributed to the Laboratory Baseline Guide, has been a speaker at numerous local, national and international conferences, and is a past president of the NJ Chapter.

Group Vice President, Business Development Leader, Life Sciences

Robert Johnson

Over the last 30 years, Bob Johnson has led and advised multinational companies and helped them achieve record sales and profits through the implementation of business development and operational excellence programs. He has worked with global organizations, turn-arounds, startup companies and private equity firms, and for the past 10 years has focused on pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device organizations. His areas of expertise include sales process improvement, operational strategy, lean manufacturing, performance and compliance improvement, organizational effectiveness, change management and strategic outsourcing. In the course of his career, he has held key roles at a number of leading consulting companies, including Celerant, Sapient and EDS. He has also held a variety of roles with high tech, systems integration and computer consulting companies, including Ampro, Data General and Wang Laboratories.

Group Vice President, Program Development

David Kromer

David Kromer has nearly 30 years of experience in line management and business development in the life sciences, government services, and defense sectors. He is adept at introducing clients to consulting and technical services that lead to dramatic, sustainable results and mutually beneficial client relationships. He is Vice President, Business Development for Tunnell Government Services, dedicated to serving government agencies with highly qualified scientific talent and human capital management expertise.

Prior to joining Tunnell, he was Vice President, Capture Management of SAIC, a provider of scientific, engineering, systems integration and technical services and solutions. Previously, he served as Director, Defense Community Business Development, for BAE Systems, where he focused on opportunity identification, qualification and capture in the Defense Intelligence, Defense C4ISRT and international market spaces. He has also served in several roles, including Senior Director, Military Communications, for ARINC, Inc., an international transportation communications and IT consulting firm. He began his career as a Project Leader with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Chief Financial Officer

Larry Frattura

Larry brings over 30 years of experience in financial services industry. As Controller he maximizes financial results and improves operations. He helps the organization craft sound business solutions that serve both our future and the well-being of our client companies. He is responsible for evaluating the impact of long-range planning, evaluation of potential alliances, acquisitions or mergers, pension plans, investments and various benefit plans of the corporation.

Prior to joining Tunnell Larry was Controller/Chief Financial Officer of Marcum LLP (formerly Smart Devine LLC) where he oversaw all financial activities for a small regional accounting, tax and consulting firm. He was the primary contact for banks, lawyers, outside accountants and insurance companies. He successfully managed due diligence processes and was responsible for the due diligence process related to the conversion of the company. Previously he was CFO at Magellan Search and Staffing and Vice President, Finance, Yoh Services, LLC at Day & Zimmerman. Other positions included VP/CFO at CDI Corporation and CFO for the Financial Services Line of Business at KPMG LLP. He is also a CPA.
